Please note that I am an “out-of-network provider” and do not participate with any insurance company. As such, you will pay me directly and I will provide you with a statement each month that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement if you so choose. I recommend you contact your insurance company to determine if you have outpatient mental health coverage and if you will receive full or partial reimbursement for the services provided. You may consider asking your insurance the following questions: ​​​

How many sessions per calendar year will be covered? Some plans have limits.

What percentage of the session fees will the insurance company reimburse? When asking this, you may want to double check whether they mean a percentage of the actual fee amount or a percentage of an amount they determine.

How much is my deductible? This is the amount you have to pay out-of-pocket before your insurance coverage starts.

Do I have out-of-network behavioral health benefits? Most non-HMO plans provide out-of-network coverage.
